I need URGENT HELP!!!! How can a guy last longer in bed and be more playful!?

One tried and true way is for him to have already cum recently - it's always harder the second time than the first, third time than second, and so on. One way you could incorporate that is to have sex, then continue fooling around until he gets hard again (this may take a while if he's an older gent - look up 'refractory period' somewhere) and then enjoy the longer version.
Another way is to put yourself in control - get on top and get into a slow, steady pace. Alternatively, change positions every few minutes so that he can't just get into an 'economical' rythym.
Some Eastern schools teach that a guy will last longer if he gets into a special pattern - try 'seven short strokes, one deep one' and see if that helps. It works partially because he has to count, and partially because it's not as satisfying to him as going all-out.
Finally, you could have a policy - he doesn't get to enter you until you cum. That sounds pretty draconian, but it guarantees you both get some satisfaction from it.

No foreplay- sounds like he is jsut selfish. Guy can't focus on the lady is not much worth having around. Tell hime to satisfy you first, maybe more thanonce before willie dives in. Take things slow. IT will help if he mastubates first like 2 hours before hand.
